Don't you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you at a high price. So you must honor God with your body. 1Cor 6:19-20
God has brought this verse to my attention twice today, in separate formats. I am not entirely sure why, but I am going to pray on it and trust that he will reveal to me what he wants me to learn.
I wanted to share it with you because sometimes we think, "Hey, I read that in my bible study this morning, and now I heard that same verse on the radio. Huh. What a funny coincidence." I have done that exact thing myself. I really believe God reveals his Word to us and if we aren't open to it, we'll miss it!

I love when God does that - brings forward something He wants me to notice - until even I can't miss it!
If He's talking to you, maybe this version will mean something too.
Or didn't you realize that your body is a sacred place, the place of the Holy Spirit? Don't you see that you can't live however you please, squandering what God paid such a high price for? The physical part of you is not some piece of property belonging to the spiritual part of you. 20 God owns the whole works. So let people see God in and through your body.
