I should stop blogging and write a book just about the things Aron says. Of course, I think I'd only have to make about 10 copies: 5 for me, 3 for my family and maybe 2 more for me. But that is not the point. He is just saying the funniest stuff right now! Case in point:
I took him to his 3-yr check up with his pediatrician, Dr. White the other day. He was an absolute angel while the doctor was in the room. He answered her questions, was articulate and sweet and flirty, to boot. (big sigh of relief from me) He leaned his head to the side while she checked his ears, let her look in his mouth and see his teeth. I was floored. And proud. And floored! Normally, he is exerting his newfound stubbornness and pushing every button I was made with.
He even took his flu mist like a champ and didn't let so much as a tear drop when they pricked his finger for an iron test!
She praised him and was so sweet to him and told him she'd see him next year when he was four.
Dr. White left the room and I got down on the floor with him to help him with his shoes. I told him, "You did such a great job, bud." He smiled and looked off into space. Then he said, "Mommy, I'm so three."
Yes he is.

Yes he is and that was so cute.
Thanks, Lynne!
I just want to write down everything he says! We've been baking muffins today (from Pioneer Woman's site) and when I put them in the oven I said, "OK, 20 minutes."
He said, "20 minutes!...but that's so far away!"
So three and sooooooo cute!
ohhh....what muffins did you make of hers? I love, love, love her blogs!
Rachael,
I made the French Breakfast Puffs. AMAZING. I only dipped the tops in butter, cause I figure that is a tiny bit less fattening. yumity-yum-yum-yum!
He is SO three and just like his daddy: flirty, stubborn and good looking! Hopefully he didn't scare the doctor when he flexed his muscles.
